The buildings in yellow indicate new proposed structures. A deck on the Eastern edge of the site accommodates for all of the former surface parking. A new, relocated cancer center is proposed adjacent to the main entrance. In the South-West corner a proposed recreation and rehabilitation center is located adjacent to Blue Ridge road and on top of a second parking deck.
